Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

What Preuval Does

Preuval is a verification tool for crypto trading track records. We pull data from exchanges using read-only API keys you provide, independently recompute your trading performance, and produce a cryptographically sealed report.

We are not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange.

Your Account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

API Keys & Data

You must only provide read-only API keys. We verify that keys are read-only before processing.

API credentials are wiped from memory immediately after data fetching completes and are never stored on disk.

Raw exchange data is automatically deleted after 7 days (free) or 30 days (Pro). Verification reports and summaries are retained longer.

Verification Reports

Reports are generated based on data provided by your exchange’s API. We recompute independently but cannot guarantee that exchange data itself is complete or correct.

Verification scores reflect internal consistency, not financial advice.

Public report links (/v/[id]) are visible to anyone — do not share a report if you want the data to remain private.

Payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your account page.

We use Stripe to process payments.

Limitations

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for exchange API changes, downtime, incorrect data from exchanges, or trading decisions made based on verification results.

We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Preuval after changes constitutes acceptance.
