Privacy Policy

• Email address — for your account and for communication.
• Hashed password — we never store your actual password.
• Verification history and scores.
• Exchange API keys — temporarily only; see the next section.

We require read-only API keys to fetch your trading data. Keys are held in memory only during the verification process and are cryptographically wiped immediately after.

They are never written to disk, logged, or transmitted to any third party.

To create and deliver verification reports, to manage your account and credits, to send transactional emails (verification, password reset, welcome), and to improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share your data with third parties except Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payment processing, when enabled).

• Raw exchange data: automatically deleted after 7 days (free) or 30 days (Pro).
• Verification reports and scores: retained as long as your account exists.
• Account data: retained until you request deletion.

We use a JWT authentication token stored in your browser. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.

Preuval operates from the Netherlands. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

To request data deletion, email support@preuval.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Passwords are hashed with argon2. All connections use HTTPS. API credentials are zeroed from memory after use. Rate limiting protects against abuse.
